Being a Mindful Manager Training

Line Managers who are trained in spotting the signs and symptoms of poor mental health are better equipped to support staff.

This 3 hour workshop is delivered by Work Well Hub in conjunction with Mindful Employer.

This course focuses on improving knowledge of mental health within the workplace and aims to:

  • To improve understanding of mental health conditions

  • To improve understanding of national guidelines / best practice for supporting staff experiencing mental health conditions

  • To reflect on your organisation’s practice
