At Work Well Hub we are passionate about creating healthy workplaces. We believe that developing a workplace wellbeing culture isn’t rocket science, with a little structure and vision all organisations, no matter what size can create a great working environment in which people thrive not just survive.
We also believe in sharing best practice, so with this in mind we created the Dorset workplace health and wellbeing forum that brings likeminded employers together to share best practice, provide ideas and tools to help improve, extend or introduce health and wellbeing into the workplace.
The forum is for business owners, senior managers, human resource, occupational health and health and safety professionals.

There is a wealth of data demonstrating that in the long term, the most successful and competitive companies are those that look after the physical and mental wellbeing of their employees but still so many organisations do not have a strategy in place. This session will follow on from our last forum of building the business case and look at what actions you can take to become a great place to work.
We will focus on key drivers and why primary intervention should form the cornerstone of your wellbeing your strategy . Our guest speaker for the event is Gary Impett from Vitality group. Vitality group runs 'Britain’s Healthiest Workplace' which is a free online health survey that asks questions on lifestyle, physical and mental health, work engagement and productivity and interventions being offered by employers. It is a great tool for bench marking and understanding the health and wellbeing of your workforce
